Studio Mooi offers a hassle-free solution for birthday party planning, eliminating the stress and preparation involved. We have carefully selected projects tailored to the age of your child, allowing you to simply choose two crafts from our list, or pick a theme and leave the rest to us. Studio Mooi handles all the details, making the process easy and enjoyable. Each Party includes: - 2 craft projects with all the supplies and materials - The assistance of Studio Mooi staff and craft facilitators throughout the party - Paper plates, cups, utensils, table coverings, napkins, a candle lighter, cake knife and tiered cake tray* for cupcakes or cookies - Use of one 2 x 6' table for refreshments, presents and any thematic decor you may wish to add to ours - Use of the studio kitchenette, fridge/freezer for ice cream* (*upon request) Custom birthday crafts or themes can be requested at an additional cost depending on materials and feasibility (reach out to Chantal at kids@studiomooi.ca). FAQs: What is the age range? Parties can be booked for children ages (turning) 6 and up. How do we reserve a date? By using this booking system and paying your non-refundable deposit, your event date and time is secured and reserved just for you. Your remaining party balance is due 5 business days before the scheduled event date. Can We Serve Food? Absolutely! You are welcome to bring in whatever food you would like to serve to your guests. Just give us a heads up and we'll set up space in the studio for a treats table. How long does the party run? Parties are 2 hours. This is enough time to get through our 2 crafts and have time for socializing/refreshments. What is the cost for a fabulous party? Parties are $450 (plus tax) for up to 10 children, $45 per additional child. (We can accommodate a total of 18 kids). Join Kathleen from Snowdrop and Co to ring in 2026 at our Noon Year’s Eve event, perfect for families with little ones who want in on the New Year’s celebration, but have a bedtime before midnight! Each attendee will craft -1 sparkly party crown -1 jingling noisemaker -1 festive star garland Plus, sip on festive mocktails as you craft and we’ll wrap up the workshop with a countdown and balloon drop at 12 noon. PLEASE NOTE: this is not a drop-off workshop, a participating adult must be in attendance. Suggested for kids aged 5+. Adult attendees will help their kids craft their pieces as needed, and crafts can be adapted to suit kids’ skill levels. Select the total number of participants when checking out. Whether you're coming solo, with friends, or bringing the whole family—and even if everyone wants to make something different—our Drop in & Craft sessions are made just for you!​​​​ ✂️ How It Works: Reserve your spot with a $10 deposit (per person) Choose a project from our rotating Craft Menu. Join us for a week under the big top where kids become ringmasters, acrobats, clowns, and performers. Each day focuses on a different circus skill while campers create props and costumes, practice acts, and build confidence on stage. By the end of the week, campers will perform a full Circus Spectacular for family and friends to enjoy featuring comedy, creative acts, magic, music, and clowning around! Best of all, pizza lunch is included on the last day for our end of the week party! TERM 3 - Every Tuesday Jan. 6th - Feb. 24th (4-5:30pm with optional pick up) | Ages 6+ Mooi Maker Club is a creative after-school arts and crafts program for young artists aged 6-12. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of new artistic techniques and mediums - think: painting, sculpting, weaving, and just being creative with friends. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged; no tryouts, no auditions needed! We dynamically adapt each project to each maker’s age, skill level, and curiosity, encouraging playful experimentation. On the 7th week, artists create a collaborative gallery show for friends and family to come see their amazing work.
